About
Daniel Shore, MA, is a researcher and consultant focused on initiatives to make sure employees feel valued in the workplace. His research began by measuring the unintended consequences of employee rewards and recognition and has expanded to include leadership strategies for meaningful communication. Daniel is currently finishing his PhD in Workplace Psychology, looking beyond individual employees to examine how rewards and recognition in teams impact teamwork. He is available for speaking engagement and to facilitate leadership and employee training experiences that are based on his research. His email is dshore@gmu.edu
